I smell a rat

So the sailors have been freed from Iran to go back to Britain. I know we have no hard proof yet, but the media keeps hinting that there was some behind-the-scenes dealing going on with the US and our hostages in Iraq. Fine, I can accept that, and willingly accept that the government does a lot of shady dealings without our knowing. But something is bothering me about the whole situation. Honestly, I can't put my finger on it. But something seems wrong, doesn't it?

On a related note, this picture reminds me of the shady-dealing guy you always see in movies. When I first saw the photo it just made me kind of smile. But then I realized that there is actually a person who has this on their Cadillac and is not ashamed. Now that seems wrong.
