Goodbye, cruel world!
Oh yes, I am officially on vacation. It's 6:01 and I'm out of here! If it's quiet for a week now, it's because I'm living the blissful life of dreams out there in America. And a new America, now that the Democrats have taken over both houses. In honor of the official election results, here's a picture of a common sighting. Maybe this will be a harder snapshot to find in a few years...

I work for the Army and I do NOT like seeing military vehicles on our streets. After 9/11, it was a bit disconcerting to see these National Guard humvees at the intersections and soldiers w/ m-16s.
That's not good.
